USQRA Low Pointers Wheelchair Rugby Tournament

Indoor sporting event held at a public recreation center in Irving. We utilize one basketball for rugby games that start at 10 AM. We are hosting 6 teams from around the country. Athletes classify highly disabled typically affecting all four limbs. We provide lunch to the athletes, their team staff, league officials, volunteers and RISE staff.  The tournament runs Friday – Sunday.  We’ve been asked to cook and serve lunch on 13SEP and 14SEP. We’re looking for help cooking and prepping these meals on 12SEP, 13SEP and 14SEP mornings.
