Grapevine Animal Services’ Open House

Grapevine Animal Services’ Annual Open House is a cornerstone event designed to welcome the community into the facility, introduce them to the team and animals, and create positive associations with their work. This event provides an opportunity for attendees to gain a deeper understanding of their programs and services, from adoptions and foster care to affordable pet resources and volunteer opportunities. To make the event even more engaging, they invite other city departments to participate by bringing games and informational handouts, helping to connect the public with additional community resources. They also collaborate with local animal-focused small businesses, offering attendees access to pet-related products, services, and educational opportunities. Their goal is to create an interactive and welcoming experience that fosters stronger relationships between the shelter, the local community, and fellow organizations.
